I guess I am too late to share my feedback on this booster I bought during the Christmas Sale when my granddaughter shared me the link to buy it. I always had terrible network and my granddaughter always complained that she can't video call me. She researched and found this booster. I bought it and Kevin installed it for me. Thanks to him. Since then I am super happy that I can almost video call my granddaughter in Spain everyday. I am completely happy with the product. Also, thanks to your team for patiently calling me every week to ask about the performance of the product and share my feedback.

I will be brutally honest about what I am going to write. This is the replacement booster I am using and I am happy with this. I ordered another booster initially and it didn't worked for me. I am furious and asked for my refund. But, Kim from the customer support team called me and understood my problem. She assured me to replace that one with this one and it will work. She did that, even she arranged an electrician to get it installed and uninstall the previous one. To my surprise this one works really good. I have no complaints about this. But the only bad experience was those 5 days until I got this thing replaced and installed a new one. Rest everything is great. Thanks to Kim for her patience and support.

This device absolutely works. I now get up to 5 bars of 4G in my restaurant, up from almost zero bars. My customers are enjoying the new improvement.
